# How does Immerse Education prevent bullying or inappropriate behaviour?

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on bullying, harassment, and any form of inappropriate behaviour. Our safeguarding policy outlines clear behavioural expectations, and staff are trained to address any issues immediately. Students are expected to adhere to the **[Code of Conduct](https://env-immerseeducation-stagingmain.kinsta.cloud/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Participant-Code-of-Conduct-2025.pdf)** at all times whether on or off campus. This is detailed in participants' Welcome Pack and their Programme Overview, sent by email ahead of the summer.
