How do I get to Oxford?

Participants should arrive between 2pm and 5pm on the first Sunday of the programme. Our team will be ready and waiting to welcome you, register you, and show you to your accommodation. Please note that your accommodation will not be ready until 4pm.

If you are arriving at London Heathrow Airport, we offer a shared airport transfer service, booking by using the link in your enrolment email, or here. This is a chaperoned coach service which departs from London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 and travels directly to the colleges in Oxford. Don't worry if you will be arriving at another Heathrow terminal - our dedicated pastoral team will be there to meet you and escort you to Terminal 3 for departure to your college.

The transfers depart at 11am, 2pm and 5pm on the Sunday of arrivals. On the final Saturday of the programme, the transfers to London Heathrow Airport depart at 7am and 12pm. After enrolling, you will be able to book these transfers for a fee per journey.
