Where will I be staying?

Participants will be accommodated at a local Tokyo hotel. The facilities here are dorm-like rooms with multiple occupancy, all fitted with air-conditioning. Our accommodation also has modern, comfortable social spaces and quiet study areas, perfect for downtime.

Where bathroom facilities are shared, participants are accommodated by gender on separate corridors.

All accommodation is secured with a lock, and your key will be provided during registration. Housekeeping staff also have access to your room to replace towels etc.
