# Who is this programme for?
This programme is designed for academically talented students looking to gain practical experience in their subject. Students within the age range of 15-18 years old at the time of their selected course are eligible to enrol on the programme. All subjects and programmes are taught at a level that is appropriate for participants.
Career Insights is most useful for those who are currently studying at A-level (UK), The International Baccalaureate (IB), or equivalent qualification, although those studying GCSE, IGCSE or other international equivalents are also encouraged to apply.
We do not have any formal academic requirements, but students are required to submit their educational background after enrolment. The industry experts who lead the programme are informed of participants’ educational backgrounds and will consider this during the project-based sessions.
