What happens after I enrol?

Once we receive your enrolment details, you can expect to receive a formal confirmation of enrolment from us within 48 hours.

This officially confirms your place on the programme and includes your Welcome Pack, which contains:

Arrival and Departure Information
Activity Information
Packing List
Visa Information

The email will also contain a link to the Participant Information Form, where we'll gather your dietary requirements and allergy information, and a link to our Airport Transfer booking form if you require this service.

On enrolment, our accounts team will be in touch with an invoice for any remaining balance on your account. This will be sent to the payment confirmation email address provided during enrolment.

Four weeks before your programme begins, you'll receive a Programme Overview. This includes:

Arrival and Departure Details
College Address and Contact Information
Daily Schedule

Two weeks before your programme begins you'll receive your Syllabus, which includes details of your assigned tutor and their academic background, an overview of the content you'll cover, and any pre-course reading and work your tutor has set.

A few days before arrival, you will get an email with links to all the documents we've sent before, as well as emergency contact details for the on-course college team.
