How do I get to the accommodation?

Participants should arrive between 2pm and 5pm on the first Sunday of the programme. Our team will be ready and waiting to welcome you, register you, and show you to your accommodation. Please note that your accommodation will not be ready until 4pm.

Your Career Insights campus is located in the Bloomsbury area. Our colleges are located close to Euston, Kings Cross, and St Pancras International stations, within walking distance. The other London mainline stations are a tube or taxi journey away.

Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Airports are all within an hour of King’s Cross station by train. The nearest underground stations are Euston, Russell Square, King’s Cross and Goodge Street. You can access a London underground map and plan your journey here.

Airport Transfers

If you are arriving at London Heathrow Airport, we offer a shared airport transfer service. This is a chaperoned coach service which departs from London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 and travels directly to the colleges in Oxford. Don't worry if you will be arriving at another Heathrow terminal - our dedicated pastoral team will be there to meet you and escort you to Terminal 3 for departure to your college.

The transfers depart at 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00 on the Sunday of arrivals. On the final Saturday of the programme, the transfers to London Heathrow Airport depart at 07:00 and 12:00. After enrolling, you will be able to book these transfers for a fee per journey.
