What will I receive after the programme?
All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completing their Immerse programme. This will be awarded at the graduation ceremony on the final day.
After the programme, Participant Feedback is written by the project lead, evaluating participant progress. Students will also receive a detailed Career Development Plan from their coach, which outlines a plan of action for the future. This includes feedback from 1:1 coaching sessions on the programme, and recommendations for how to continue to prepare for further education and the world of work.
